职责描述：
Broad Area-1: Medical Content Writing (Complex Projects) in Simplified Chinese
• Responsible for high client satisfaction for all content milestone deliverables with regard to quality and accuracy, timelines, and efforts
• Use scientific expertise to develop high-quality medical/scientific content outlines and guide the team in content development for assigned modules/projects in line with client expectations
• Participate in client kick-off calls from a content perspective
• Demonstrate good technical competence on how to search the Internet and books for referencing, copyrights and plagiarism
• Responsible to build mastery and stay updated with medical developments in different therapeutic areas for multiple deliverables
• Write scientific content for projects if the nature of the project is extremely complex and it requires expertise, or based on business need
• Responsible for end-to-end coordination on the content aspect of projects with Project Managers, Medical Reviewers, Editorial and QA team
• Participate in scientific content defence or medical reviews conducted by the clients

Broad Area-2: Medical Review in Simplified Chinese
• Cross-check scientific information against cited references and ensure medical accuracy (fact checking).
• Ensure consistency with approved product labelling and check for any off-label communication.
• Verify reference quality and standards and if the referencing is contextually accurate (recommendations on new management guidelines, more current version of prescribing information)
• Cross-check consistency in reference citation style
• Verify presence of essential information like important safety information, the black-box warning, brand and generic names etc. (based on check-list), abbreviated prescribing information

Broad Area-3: Support the Pre-Sales Team
• Work with the pre-sales team to develop sample pilot documents by understanding the client requirements
• Draft the elements to be included in the SOW from the content perspective of the project

Broad Area-4: Process Management and Compliance
• Responsible to drive and maintain quality standards for various client deliverables across the team
• Responsible to educate the team (both existing and new members) on maintaining confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables as per clients and company norms
• Responsible to ensure the team follows all the security rules with regard to various standards like client SOPs, ISMS, ISO and CMMI

Broad Area-5: Self-Development
• Responsible to develop safety training programmes relevant to the job for other team members
• Responsible to complete client-specific trainings if applicable
• Responsible to build mastery in assigned deliverables through self-learning and formal trainings and stay abreast with current trends in the safety domains
• Develop skills for program management and operations
• Contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiatives and help team members participate based on their competencies

任职要求：
1. More than 5 years of working experience in Medical Writing/ editing, with master degree or above
2. Hands on experience of working on digital content (e.g. WeChat articles, Infographics, Details Aids) & scientific content (e.g. slide deck, manuscripts, review articles, consensus writing)
3. Must have prior experience of content writing in Therapeutic Areas like Oncology, Immunology, Diabetes & Respiratory.
4. Good English reading and writing skills, good oral English skills is a plus
5. Independent handling of projects
