岗位职责：
1.Communicate with customer and understand the real request then take the lead to compile the corresponding technical proposals and cost estimation.
与客户沟通，理解真实产品需求，并主导编写相应的技术方案及成本核算
2.Work as technical support, helping sales & marketing colleague to communicate with potential partners, like universities & institute, Supplier Chain.
作为技术支持，协助销售&市场同事与潜在合作方沟通，包括科研院校和产业上下游。
3.Lead the marketing supporting work at Engineering Department, including conference presentations, demo parts management and etc.
主导研发部门的市场支持工作，包括展会支持、活动支持、展品管理等。
4.Support process team to develop the thermoset or thermoplastic product and meet performance requirements;
支持工艺团队开发热固或热塑性产品并满足性能要求。
5.Other tasks provided from Department Management.
部门管理层布置的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Composite Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering (Master degree or above is preferable);
复合材料工程，材料工程，机械工程或汽车工程学士或硕士学位（优先考虑硕士以上学历）
2.At least 2-years-experience in CFRP projects;
至少2年的碳纤维复合材料项目经验;
3.Having an advanced understanding in the science and engineering of the composites and manufacturing process;
对复合材料及制造工艺有深入的了解;
4.Having basic skills of AutoCAD and/or CATIA to read the drawing and to analyse the product;
具备AutoCAD和/或CATIA的基本技能，可以阅读图纸并分析产品
5.Project experience with automotive industry is preferable;
有汽车行业的项目经验优先考虑;
6.Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
良好的分析能力，解决问题能力和决策能力
7.Sovereign communication at all levels of cooperation;
