Job responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1.Funds and cash management: daily payment, daily bank account reconciliation, complete weekly online banking and credit card collection reconciliation.
资金及现金管理：日常付款，日常银行记账对账，完成每周网银以及信用卡收款对账；
2.Report company sales information as required by the US local government.
按照美国当地政府要求上报公司销量信息；
3.Monthly tax declaration as required by the tax bureau.
按照税务局要求，进行税款月度申报（少）
4.Sales order accounting, including but not limited to order modification, customer refund, etc.;
销售订单账务处理，包括但不限于改单，客户退款等；
5.check customer industry license compliance.
客户行业许可证合规性检查
6.Us local employee reimbursement review.
美国当地员工报销审核
7.Customer accounts receivable collection.
客户应收账款催收

Qualifications:
任职资格：
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management related major, accounting certification is a plus.
全日制本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理相关专业背景，有会计资格证者优先;
2.More than 3 years working experience, relevant industry experience is preferred
3年及以上工作经验，有相关行业经验优先考虑;
3.Familiar with accounting standards and relevant regulation. Proficient in Office software.
熟悉企业会计准则及相关法规；熟练应用Office办公软件；
4.Good communication skills, learning ability and ability to work under pressure. Can read and write English.
良好的沟通能力、学习能力及抗压能力，英语可读写。
