Scheduling & Planning

Responsibility:
1, Work closely with sales team to support APS solution (MPS & Scheduling) pre-sales activities
2, Participates actively in the tenders, analyzing the needs, determining the best answers, contributing to the drafting of proposals
3, Directly involved in Demo and the realization of pre-sales POCs/mock-ups
4, Plan and lead the business blue print following best practices and leveraging product standard functionalities. This includes requirement gathering, gap identification/ gap resolution, scope definition, detail process design, solution architecture, and creation of detailed functional designs for extensions
5, Plan and Lead delivery activities including system modeling, interface building, algorithm tuning and testing
6, Lead and execute of training activities for both customers and partners
7, Participate at events such as seminars, trade shows, etc.
8, Support supply chain planning solution pre-sales activities
9,Provide expertise in functionalities to support pre-sales and solution design in the areas of MPS/Scheduling
10,To articulate business value of our applications to potential customers and partners
11,Architect product integration
12,Plan and Lead configuration and testing.
13,Support our partners and/or customers in all the above activitie

Key factors:
1, Sustained experience in delivering ERP, supply chain or APS software in a Manufacturing Solutions ISV or large manufacturing companies
2, Knowledge of Manufacturing Supply Chain and/or Workforce and/or Logistics Planning, Scheduling & Optimization techniques and products
3, Industrial knowledge of the manufacturing(sales & operations planning, demand planning, MPS, scheduling), mining, rail or logistics
4, Consulting Skill to assist customer in requirement definition, business process change and solution proposal
5, Programming skills with object-oriented languages will be appreciated
