Responsibilities
Assist EC Merchandising Assistant Manager close monitor of the product sales trend and produce weekly and monthly report to help analyzing the sales, and propose appropriate initiatives as needed to achieve sales goals.
Update In season products launch plan, check goods title and material, strength of product.
Monitor and promote the key products based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches.
Manage and monitor TP and related vendors, help to make price policy and monitor TP’s action.
Utilize online analytical tool to unleash sales opportunity, though evaluation of site journey performance come up with action plan to drive sales.
Collect historical sales volume data, help to make OTB plan (across all channels: T-mall, JD, T-mall Global etc.) and follow up orders, monitor stock levels to ensure meet seasonal sales target.
Full understand fashion trade in each season, assist to build EC exclusive product development plan.
Keep on good communication with distributors, check wholesale channel discount rate.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behavior
At least 2-year related working experience in Merchandising/ E-commerce related activities. Fashion merchant/analyst role is a plus.
Strong analytical and ability to draw out actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Strong proactive communication skills.
Learning fast, with diversify thinking and innovation capability.
Apparel/Fashion industry experience, sportswear is a plus
Good written and verbal English is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
