Understand the company HR policy, assist the operations in HR planning and keep tracking the whole HR flow in business unit
了解公司人力资源政策、制度,协助区域负责人制定所辖地区的人力资源规划,并有效推动、执行和监督制度的执行情况
Be familiar with the operations' team and its needs. Penetrate to the stores and service team, understand their concerns and difficulties and provide suggested solutions to optimize the team atmosphere
熟悉运营需求和团队运作状况,能深入零售一线员工队伍,有效进行团队或个人问题诊断,提供针对性的人力资源解决方案,促进优化团队状况
Be responsible for the all the HR relevant work and functions including staffing, employee development, performance management, C&B, employee relations, organization development, culture building and etc.
负责所属地区的人员配置、能力建设、绩效管理、薪酬福利、员工关系、组织发展及文化建设等人力资源相关工作
Take charge of the recruitment channel management and be responsible for the store recruitment need fulfillment
管理和维护各类招聘渠道,做好所辖地区各分公司(专卖店)的人员招聘工作,满足公司的人才需求
任职要求:
任职资格:
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or management
本科及以上学历,人力资源或管理学相关专业
One year or above related HR word experience, fast fashion industry preferred
1年以上相关工作经验;有快时尚公司工作经验、或在人力资源服务行业有同等职位经验者优先
Familiar with all HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, L&D, performance assessment, C&B, labor law and regulations
熟悉并深入理解人才招聘、培训发展、薪酬福利、绩效考核、员工关系管理等人力资源模块工作,熟悉劳动法相关法律、法规
Professionalism and teamwork spirit, rigorous and hard working, loyal and trustworthy, proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution
具备优秀的职业素质和团队协作精神,严谨敬业、忠诚守信,工作积极、主动、工作效率高、条理性强,具有较强的责任心、执行力和计划性
Capable of solving tedious problems, strong in coordination, analysis, judgment and interpersonal skills
具备独立解决复杂的人事管理实际问题的能力,具有较强的协调能力、分析判断能力和人际交往能力
Passionate for retail, willing to travel and work with the front-line staff
热忱于零售工作,愿意出差及适应零售工作环境,能深入到零售一线员工队伍中去开展工作
