Position: Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant (INTERN)
Requirement: Intern. Good oral, listening and written English. Able to multitask.
Reporting to: Sourcing Manager Global (SMG) and Merchandiser and Senior Merchandiser
Graphic Design & Marketing:
1. Collect high-res images and marketing copy for each order.
2. Creating in-house packaging artwork (labels, hangtags, inserts, collarbands, headcards etc). Review print proofs to ensure accuracy.
3. Modify existing packaging artwork where necessary.
4. Work with SMG on Product Catalogue for in house buyers and clients
5. Organize the printing of price tickets and artwork (hangtags, inserts, collarbands, headcards etc), sending to factories where required.
6. Organize and maintain digital files and archives of all artwork.
7. Work closely with Sourcing Manager, Merchandiser and Quality Control Manager.
Administration/Other:
1. Support the office by assisting other tasks assigned by SMA and Senior Merchandiser
Skills:
1. Skillful in operating Word, Power Point, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop
2. Able to rendering 3D designs.
3. Prioritize attention to detail, recording daily tasks, to ensure that multi-tasking is as effective as possible.
4. Support the team and company.
