Responsibilities

Support Emission Dyno test bench team in operating the test bench.

· Operate the test bench (including the Emission and EVAP test bench) to do the test.

· Organize the test data and issue the test report.

Support Emission & EVAP test bench operation.

· Operate the devices on the test bench, prepare the test. Familiar with the AVL test bench, for Emission, know how to use Vecon for dyno, iGem for main control system and AMA for the analyzers. And for EVAP, have to familiar with operating the SHED and Canload device.

· Organize the task for the test with requesters to complete the test design before the deadline of the test requirement.

· Create related documents, e.g. introduction presentation, timeline, working instruction, test report based on the requirement.

· Trouble shooting for the test bench. Create JIRA ticket for the test bench to record the process of the trouble shooting.
Other topics

· Organize vehicle or part transportation or handover to outside or other department.

· Understand and translate technical document from Chinese to English and vice versa.

· Process definition together with BBA/BMW CoCs.

· Release process preparation and documentation.

· Participation in relevant meetings and circles to exchange relevant working content

· Working according to the BMW/BBA core values
Required Qualifications

· Bachelor in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related other majors / qualifications

· Automotive concepts and technology

· Familiar with the related legislations. Such as GB18352, GB19233, GB19753 and so on.

· Very good communication skills, team and customer orientation

· Analytic and working method, also during work under pressure, creativity and hands-on attitude

· Target oriented, pro-active, self-responsible and reliable working attitude

· Experience: Work experience of at least 3 years as test bench operator, or new graduates from China 九八五 universities.

· Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, especially for Emission test.

· Chinese driving license (mandatory).

· BMW high voltage training (Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten) Flash 2 (mandatory) or higher. Supplier should be responsible to organize the training for their employee and quote to BBA.

· BBA internal training to access EWS.

· Personal protective equipment to access production area, e.g. safety shoes, glass, etc.

· Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office including but not limited to MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

· English professional level, in written and spoken fluently (mandatory)

· Hands-on mentality and task solving orientated behavior

· Overtime and weekend work if required

· Willingness to travel within Shenyang and Mainland China (if needed)
