职责描述：
1. 担任以下一个或几个工序的设备工程师：光刻（Photo）、刻蚀（Dry Etch）、离子注入（Ion Implantation) 、湿法清洗/湿法刻蚀（Wet Clean/Etch）、化学机械研磨（CMP）、扩散（Diffusion）、外延（Epi）;
2. 负责本工序生产设备的move-in、二次配、装机、验收，确保设备按计划交付使用；
3. 负责完成本工序相关设备日常维护、故障处置、优化改善等工作；
4. 实施持续改进项目（CIP），不断改善担当设备的可靠性、可用性、维护效率，达成Uptime，MTTR，MTBF等指标；
5. 建立本工序生产设备维护保养标准操作规程/作业指导书（SOP/WI）体系，培训/督促维护人员依照SOP/WI实施设备维护保养工作；
6. 主动配合、协助工艺/产品工程师，确保新产品工艺验证顺利、按期完成；
7. 总结/分析影响设备OEE的问题，提出改进方案，并推进方案实施；
8. 培训本工序工程师、技术员，不断提高本工序人员技术能力；
任职要求：
1. 熟悉本工序中一种或多种常用工艺设备（6” /8”/12” wafer fab生产设备） , 对本工序各种生产设备、支持设备，有实际安装调试及日常维护经验；
2. 理工相关专业（机械、电子、电机、电气、测控、自动化等专业）大专及以上学历；
3. 具备3年以上设备安装、调试、维护经验（hands-on experience）；
4. 具备一个以上工序生产设备维护经验、熟悉本工序工艺，或有半导体芯片厂设备管理经验者，可提供资深设备工程师（Senior Equipment Engineer）职位；
5. 熟练使用office等办公软件，具备阅读理解机械结构图、电路图的能力 ；
6. 具备较强的思维逻辑性，良好的沟通协调能力，积极主动的工作态度；
7. 具有良好的英文基础。
