4． 设备综合效率、人员效率监控与分析改进
OEE and man-hour monitoring, analysis and improve
5． 设备产能、关键工装产能，场地产能评估与提升
Equipment, key production fixtures, work place capacity evaluation and promotion
6． 场地布局规划与持续优化
Layout planning and optimization
7． 现场5S与可视化的系统策划与实施
5S and visualization implementation on site
8． 精益生产体系的整体策划与实施

岗位要求：Position Requirements:
1． 全日制本科学历，工业工程或机械相关专业
Bachelor degree, major in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
2． 3年以上现场改善或项目管理经验，机械或铸造行业优先
More than 3 years site improvement or project management working experience, machinery or foundry plant is preferred
3． 较强的问题识别能力，能够独立发掘现场的改善机会
Good consciousness of problems, able to find improve opportunity autonomously
4． 丰富的现场改善经验，尤其是5S，可视化，场地布置，工具工装优化
Rich site improvement experience, especially 5s, visualization, layout, fixture design
5． 逻辑思维和理解能力强，根据不同问题选择合适的改善路径和改善工具并快速实现
strong logic thinking and understanding ability.be able to select suitable improvement tools and route and fast implementation
6． 优秀的数据收集处理分析能力
Good data collection, processing and analysis ability
7． 良好的学习、沟通和执行能力，善于利用有限的资源解决问题
