RESPONSIBILITY

1. IP Protection and Enforcement

- Assist IP counsel in gathering evidence or information needed in support of IP litigation.

- Assist IP counsels in following up on anti-counterfeit raid actions.

- Assist IP counsels in preparation for a variety of legal proceedings, including IP enforcement, customs action, etc.

- Act as liaison between IP counsel and marketing/sales team to obtain information about trademark clearance and prosecution.

- Assist IP counsels in providing legal advice to business colleagues.

- Conduct relevant legal research.

2. Other

- Assist IP counsel to draft trademark authorization and translate contracts.

- Support business on checking trademark certificate legal status and obtain trademark certificate from headquarter for proper business use.

- Provide direct support to IP counsels as needed for administrative and IP support activities.

MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s or master's degree in law

- fresh graduate or 1-2 years paralegal working experience in an in-house or law firm

- Good command of Microsoft

- Good command of spoken and written English

NICE TO HAVE

- Bar qualification

- Overseas education background
