ROLE
Drive client recruitment, retention, and upgrading by delivering a unique and memorable Florentia Village experience to both existing and new FV members. This role will report to center director.
This will be achieved by:
Understanding customer profiles and behaviors, in order to continuously improve client experience and expanding Florentia Village’s sales share in the market
Liaising with all the relevant stakeholders at center level to elevate customer journeys and brand’s selling ceremony quality
Ensuring the timely execution of all initiative and their reports, in order to monitor events ROI
Responsibility
Recruit and grow top clients, expand Platinum member portfolio, maintain good relationships with customers, drive private sales and brand events sales to hit the set target
Develop an annual clienteling calendar to include top client’s birthday and important anniversaries. Act as a personal shopper to ensure a flawless
client journey to gain client’s loyalty to Florentia Village.
Use digital tools like WeChat work and little red book to stay connected with customers, post the brand’s newness arrival, and product mark-down information, and answer customers’ questions.
Support key brands’ in-store events planning, execution and ROI management.
Help to drive top luxury brand’s sales including GUCCI, Loewe, Prada,
Givenchy, YSL, BV, BALENCIAGA, etc.
