< Role & Responsibilities >
Succession Planning
▸ Design and manage Succession Planning methods and processes, also training program of region key positions & people, implement & monitor the annual process.
▸ Support HRBP to use succession planning data and processes, and share successful experience of training programs.
Talent Identification & Career development
▸ Fully understanding Group's talent review system, continuously optimizing regional talent identification process, and effectively managing region talent pool.
▸ Design and manage career development maps to enhance the possibility of regional talent mobility, and manage collection of career development data.
Performance Management
▸ Fully understanding the significance and goals of Group's performance management system, promote annual performance management campaign by providing guidelines for planning & rollout, and optimizing regional effectiveness .
Organizational Design
▸ Provide specialist insights to evaluate the current organization status, to develop and evaluate future organizational design propositions, and to clarify the costs and business benefits of change.
