Description:
Aleido is looking for an experienced Technical Writer for telecom and software sector based in Shanghai:
Mission:
• Closely cooperate with our customers R&D department
• Analyze customer's information needs and develop appropriate information solutions
• Continuously enhance information architecture to optimize the ease of use for product information
• Participate in defining information development process and continuously improve the process
• Investigate in customer feedback and work out solutions to address the feedback, thus improving product information quality
• Cooperate with Aleido experts from other sites and countries
• Be part of a team that is driven by quality and on-time delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical fields of Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area.
• 3+ years working experience in technical fields or similar field, with 2 years’ experience as a technical writer
• Excellent English and Chinese skills both in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to structure information in an unstructured surrounding
• Knowledge to use Gerrit, AsciiDoc, and Doc as Code approach.

• Ability to be part of the Agile environment as a technical writer and work with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner for new tools and new technology.
• Preferred ability for time management, task management etc.
