1、负责国际采购和比价工作，根据公司发展规划及国际酒店的开发进度，制订采购工作计划、方针及贯彻执行；
2、对所属酒店行业各子类市场做分析，整合国内国际供应商、客户及第三方资源，构建高效的供应链运作体系；
3、负责公司采购开发及采购执行工作的布控，开发具有竞争力的供应商，对供应商进行动态评估、控制及分类工作，不断优化；
4、熟悉各种酒店商品/材料的供应渠道和市场变化情况，进行国际比价，规划采购预算，控制采购成本，以有效的资金，保证最大的供应，确保各项采购任务完成；
5、为国际市场的物资销售，同时协助处理国际贸易相关事项；
6、根据国际需求计划，监督具体项目物料交期计划推进和疑难问题的解决；
7、结合业务需求， 加强日常监督、检查指导等工作；
8、完成上级交办的其它事宜。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，管理类、市场营销类相关专业；
2、采购行业5年以上同等工作经验，有酒店产品采购工作经历者优先，有国际贸易经验者优先；
3、精通采购原理及成本控制，具备优秀的合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力；
4、具备良好的职业道德素质，责任心强，具有较强韧性、有创新力、善于沟通。

Qualifications:
1, bachelor degree or above, management, marketing related majors;
2, procurement industry at least 5 years of equal work experience, has the hotel product procurement work experience is preferred, has the international trade experience is preferred;
3, proficient in procurement principles and cost control, excellent contract negotiation and contracting skills, good decision-making and decision-making skills and planning organizational skills;
