Job Summary
The Account Manager will create and land communication programs that change the way consumers think about our clients through target insights, rich storytelling, and a deep understanding of trade, and lifestyle media. This position will help strategize and run integrated campaigns and retainer accounts for our consumer business.
Job Functions
· Lead and manage large client engagements, serving as day-to-day client lead.
· Working closely with media, digital and creative specialists to deliver on client objectives on integrated clients.
· Demonstrate success in nurturing, growing and sustaining client relationships.
· Develop creative campaign programming and continually look for ways to improve client programs to achieve objectives.
· Manage and track budgets ensuring programs are delivered on budget and within client’s expectations.
· Establish strong collaboration and communication across account teams and cross-agency teams.
· Adept in networking to get intelligence on new business opportunities.
· Lead new business pitches.
· Mentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development
· Supervise direct reports and take ownership of career planning activities
· Develop resource allocation across team including monthly client budget management and staffing allocations.
· Support organic growth opportunities.
