Description：
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for team deliverables’ overall quality, including go-to-market plan, pilot, staff training, go-live announcement, post-launch monitoring and etc.
- Proactive management of change and implementation activities across digital initiatives, highlighting and taking actions to escalate and mitigate risks& issues.
- Digital platform release management
- Accountable for key client-facing digital platforms’ release activation, working with product owners and local market leads to agree priorities, making recommendations at key decision points.
- Ensure all necessary pre-launch support is provided and completed.
- Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders, to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining benefit drivers at the forefront.
- Responsible for frontline communication and motivation, to drive digital adoption and nurture digital confidence among Distribution and Call Center, including digital new releases and digital online & offline campaigns.
- Ensure digital changes and implications are clearly understood and well embedded, meanwhile frontline’s pain-points and feedback can be collected and triaged to relevant digital product owners.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, with the ability to lead and influence.
- Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
- Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications.
- Leadership experience in customer-focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, project and change manage management, being able to lead others to excel.
