RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure smooth daily bulk shipment through BLP (bunded logistics park) and local delivery from domestics’ factories with external service providers and internal teams.

2. Handling full year GB sample and Trade show sample declaration and delivery on time

3. Generate/maintain inbound document/data in SAP.

4. Special replenishment and urgent case support

5. Follow up inbound irregularities with stake holders (forwarders, DC, planning, etc.), e.g., discrepancy, claims and return to factory etc.

6. Service providers' performance manage.

7. Customs declaration forms/duty sheets filling, and financial data provide.

8. Monthly billing verification

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College degree or above with 5 years or above solid logistics experience of import and local delivery, incl. HS coding and ASEAN preferential tariff

2. Good at Microsoft Office skill and SAP

3. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English

4. Good data analytical skill

5. A team player, open minded, proactive, willing to learn
