Responsibilities:
1. Establish an integrated operation system covering Health TPA and Assistance services based on the Company’s strategy planning and business development, continuously optimize the operational processes to achieve high-level customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
2. Formulate operation system and establish operation structure and staffing
3. Draft SoPs for various business and assure the implementation of standard operation procedures (SOP), Service Level Agreements (SLA), internal compliance rules and all relevant data protection compliance
4. Organize training on SoPs to operation staff and assure they are equipped with necessary knowledge and skill to perform their work properly
5. Responsible for the overall system planning and optimization for the operations core system including provision of business requirements, arrangement of UAT and system launch
6. Conduct regular analysis on the operations performance, escalate to General Manager of major operation issues and propose improvement plan
7. Deal with major complaints efficiently and quickly, report to GM and the client in a timely manner.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate of Higher Education
2. At least five years of Health TPA or Assistance center Management experience.
3. Computer literate; enthusiasm in work, excellent team player, strong Leadership and Organization capabilities
4. Skilled in insurance theoretical knowledge and relevant laws and policies.
