How does the programme work?

Over the three month internship programme, you’ll have an opportunity to gain experience in various specialisms within D&T whilst developing your leadership skills

You could be working in one of the following roles:

1. Business Analyst Intern

Role:

o Business user engagement and user requirement gathering

o Business use case development

o Data Analytics and Insight value promotion

Requirement:

o Passionate about data and analytics

o Excellent communication

o Like to work with people at different levels and with various backgrounds
2. Data Analyst Intern

Role:

o Data and analytics requirement gathering

o Data analytics solutions (reports/dashboards) design and development

o Data and analytics product and solution adoption promotion

Requirement:

o Familiar with Power BI, SQL, Python, and/or other coding practices

o Passionate and Experience with data visualization UI/UX

o Good communication

o Detail oriented
3. Digital Solution Intern

Role:

o Digital Solution requirement gathering

o Digital solutions design such as use case, user journey design

o Digital solution testing and validation

o Business adoption and co-ordination

Requirement:

o Familiar with China digital solution and consumer behavior

o Passionate about user experience

o Excellent communication

Who are we looking for?

On the qualification’s side, you’ll need to be undertaking a degree in a STEM related subject and have a passion for technology. You must be proficient in English.
