Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and expense claim.
· Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
· Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records to ensure efficient operations.
· Assist with the organization and coordination of team events, workshops, and training sessions.
· Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless office operations and a positive working environment.
· Manage corporate procurement processes and handle end-to-end purchase order management activities
· Conduct tests prior to the rollout of new or changed services and update user manuals accordingly
· Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the team or management.
Qualification Requirements:
· Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in office software and communication tools, such as Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a service-oriented and proactive approach to supporting the team.
· Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interactions.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
