As a Junior Mechanical Engineer for CPI Shanghai R&D team, you will be part of the global headquarter team, and part of a new product & business development that is key to further strengthens Desoutter strong market position.

Your mission is to understand customer needs for light automation and permanently benchmark competition to generate disruptive innovation and design light automation solutions bringing best value to our customers.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·      Technical solution pre-study, mechanical feasibility study for customer projects

·      Mechanical design for customer project according to project timeline,budget target and quality.

·      Technical documents creation including drawings, BOM, product information, Safety information.

·      Material creation and Product BOM maintain in SAP, ECN/ECR management.

·      Work closely with validation team for prototype assembly, validation and certification.

·      Work closely with project leader and hardware/software team. (Part is located in France)

·      Work closely with marketing team for customer needs, product launch and technical support.

·      Support operation team for prototype ordering, manufacturing and supplier sourcing.

·      Support service team for product launch and technical support.

·      Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities.Report safety risk to prevent accident.

·      技术方案前期研究，客户项目的机械可行性研究

·      根据客户需求、项目交期、预算目标和质量，为客户项目进行机械设计

·      技术文件的创建，包括图纸、项目物料清单、产品信息、安全信息、项目说明书等

·      物料创建和产品BOM维护在SAP，工程变更的管理

·      与验证团队紧密合作，完成样机组装、验证和认证

·      与项目负责人和硬件/软件团队紧密合作(部分位于法国)

·      与市场团队紧密合作，满足客户需求，产品发布和技术支持

·      支持运营团队进行样品订购、生产和供应商采购

·      为服务团队提供产品发布和技术支持

·      在公司、客户和合作伙伴的工作场所及出差期间，严格遵守安全规程和指示，并按照指示正确佩戴个人防护装备。积极参加安全培训、自学等活动；报告安全隐患，防止事故发生

 

 

Education & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.

·      Minimum 1 years’ professional experience in a design/manufacturing environment of special/customized solutions, preferably in the field of automation/Mechatronic product mechanical development.

 

Knowledge & Skills

·      Competence in mechanical design (3D modeling, 2D drawing) with Creo is preferred, other 3D CAD is acceptable. Experience with PDMLink and SAP is a plus.

·      Understanding of common material used on mechatronic product.

·      Familiar with geometrical dimensioning and tolerance

·      Experience with tightening/spindle applications and/or screw-feeding systems is a plus.

·      Basic office software skill is required.

·      Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

·      熟练使用Creo软件进行机械设计(3D建模，2D绘图)者优先，其他3D CAD软件也可接受；有PDMLink和SAP经验者优先

·      对机电产品常用材料有一定的了解

·      熟悉几何尺寸和公差

·      具备拧紧/主轴应用和/或自动送钉系统经验者优先考虑

·      掌握基本的办公软件技能

·      有能力同时处理多个项目
