Job Description:

• Be responsible for customer project delivery, solution and planning for frame contract fulfilment.

• Be responsible for multi functional test management and multi test team management.

• Be responsible for test competence management, especially in automotive industry.

• Be responsible for build and coach test team in line with the test guideline and documentation.

• Initial and review of test concept, test plan based on the alignment with other stakeholders.

• Manage test process with team in the E2E chain as possible.

• Be responsible for team capability enhancement of in-car software test.

• Be responsible for lead and development automation framework. Including, automation framework design, test case analysis and visualization of automated tests results.
Qualification:

• At least 3 years’ test experience in IT or Automotive industry.

• At least 2 years’ test team management experience.

• Know-how in test management with Automotive EE and software engineering.

• Know-how in ECU, In-vehicle Connectivity, Tracing, simulation, vehicle bus system, IT Test management.

• Know-how in automaton testing skillsets. Like, Robot Framework, Python, Apium etc.

• Know-how in the field of testing regarding processes, methods, tools and technology

• Communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Having professional certificates related to testing (e.g. ISTQB) is prefered

• Experience in vehicle bus systems (CAN/CANFD/Ethernet) is preferred

• Experience in bus tracing and signal analysis with CANoe, CANanalyzer is preferred

• Experience in agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFE, etc.)

• Experience in the application of tools for Project management e.g. Jira.

• Connected car experience is a plus.
