岗位需要每周出差苏州2-3天。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Market Survey, and make analysis to guide business decision
- Co-ordinate/guide sites participate in market survey
- Share market trend with sites based on survey report.
- Maintain up to date database of social security of each locations in Greater China.
- Guide sites on C&B budget
2. Provide guidance to sites on C&B practice
- Provide C&B expertise to sites to solve business needs.
- Lead C&B structure change projects if there is business needs.
3. Job grading
- Job matching
- Pay range annual update
- Provide training to sites on job matching methodology.
- Ensure the quality of job grading of each location.
4. C&B Policy alignment
- Use corporate broker to ensure Medical insurance alignment.
- Merit increment
- Bonus plan for each locations
- Drive C&B policy across the region.
5. Co-operate with corporate HR on expatriates’ C&B management.
6. Maintain HR Dashboard
7. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Manufacturing HR background.
• Over 10 years’ C&B working experience in international company.
• Good command of written and spoken English
