岗位职责：
1、负责BBA项目整椅装配工艺开发；
2、工程规划方案及工厂布局策划，通过顾客认可；
3、工装、设备方案策划，完成开发及调试；
4、产品及工艺关键指标验证及达成；
5、过程工艺问题解决；
6、组织开展工厂人员培训。
1. Responsible for BBA project seat assembly process development;
2. Engineering planning program and factory layout planning, to achieve the customer's approval;
3. Planning of tooling and equipment program, completing development and debugging;
4. Verification and achievement of product and process key indexes;
5. Process technology problem solving;
6. Organize and carry out training for factory personnel.
能力要求：
1、具备熟练的英语沟通交流能力；
2、熟练掌握高端车企（奔驰/宝马/大众等）座椅产品开发流程，基于客户需求开展工艺策划；
3、熟练掌握座椅装配自动化/智能化设备策划及开发能力；
4、具备人机工程评价/装配仿真模拟分析能力；
5、具备解决问题能力，能够熟练应用5W、8D等质量工具。
1. Proficient in English communication skills;
2. Proficiency in seat product development process of high-end automobile enterprises (Mercedes-Benz/BMW/Volkswagen, etc.), and process planning based on customer needs;
3. Proficiency in seat assembly automation/intelligent equipment planning and development;
4. Capable of ergonomics evaluation/assembly simulation and analysis;
5. Problem solving ability, able to skillfully apply 5W, 8D and other quality tools.
