【Roles and Responsibilities】
Recruitment and Hiring-70%,Training and Development-20%,Performance Management-10%
1. Take full responsibilities for recruitment of assigned positions independently, make sure the recruitment processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

2. Support Hong Kong HR team for key position recruitments of APAC.
支持香港人力资源团队进行亚太地区关键职位的招聘。
3. Working closely with global teams to gain deep understanding of their needs and highly integrate the key competencies of recruiting positions.
与全球团队紧密合作,深入了解他们的需求,并高度整合招聘职位的关键能力。
4. Responsible for manager training, talent inventory, talent inventory, talent development projects, etc.
负责管理人员培训、人才盘点、后备干部选拔、人才发展项目等工作;
5. Follow up performance management, promotion and compensation incentives, identify key issues and provide effective solutions.
协助推动绩效管理、职级晋升以及薪酬激励等落地,识别关键问题并提供有效解决方案;
6. HR reporting and system maintenance.
人力资源报告和系统维护。
7. Other jobs assigned by line manager.

【Job Requirements】
1. Full time bachelor's degree or above.
全日制本科及以上学历。
2. Minimum 5 year experience in relevant fields, working experience in international corporates will be a plus.
5年以上相关工作经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
3. Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes.
扎实的人力资源运作知识,熟悉劳动法和常见的人力资源流程。
4. Good English skills both at written and oral, being able to participate in English interviews is a must.
良好的英语听说读写能力,能参加英语面试。
5. Strong sense of responsibilities, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
强烈的责任感,优秀的时间管理和解决问题的能力。
6. Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skill.
自我驱动,良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
