I. Purpose of Position
Responsible for maintaining Veralto’s record of continuous improvement by deploying a variety of tools, processes and concepts that improve business performance and by ensuring associate actions and activities support Veralto goals. Oversee all lean activity for plant to ensure coordinated progress toward the completion of the Plant PD/KPI objectives.
 
II. Key Responsibilities
1）Promote and implement kaizen events in plant, to build up Lean culture and Lean self-sustainability.
2）Review overall Plant Kaizen schedule to check compliance with company PD/KPI/VSM needs, train and coach kaizen leaders to prepare Kaizen plan and drive execution to ensure the effect and efficiency of kaizen activities, monitor actual events output to ensure expected ROI (Return On Investment) and track achievements are sustained over period.
3）Train and coach kaizen leaders to prepare Kaizen plan and drive execution to get continuous improvement on Quality, Delivery and Cost
4）Lead and drive Lean Conversion to plant mfg cells, and implement Daily Management to sustain the achievements and improve daily SQDIP performances
5）Develop 2nd tier key staff in plant as bench team with lean belief, leadership and confidence to win, for company expansion and succession plan through lean culture deployment and implementation.
 6）Lead and monitor Plant all function teams’ daily management improvement, working process & efficiency optimization, assist site leader to resolve any urgent or critical issues.
 7）Drive plant innovation and innovation culture by lean tools and method.
 
III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements
1)     Advanced understanding to Lean concept
2)     Hands-on knowledge on electronic manufacturing environment, practices, and procedures
3)     8+ years working experiences, at least 3 years in engineer role and at least 5 years in management level.
4)     Bachelor’s degree or above
5)     Fluent English both in oral and written English.

3)               Coordinate with Veralto global lean team by regular meeting, communication, kaizen event and workshop to promote plant lean culture and talent development.
