Duties & Responsibilities:
- 阅读客户提供的测试计划和主车厂标准，能够独立搭建测试条件、测试系统、拍照并记录测试结
- 根据测试工程师的工作流程，对测试结果进行记录、命名和保存，将数据记录情况提交给项目工程师团队。协助项目工程师团队进行数据分析和结果核查。
- 准备标准作业流程、测试记录、培训材料等。
- 根据不同类型的场地数据记录需求，规律性完成场地设备维护和趋势分析。
- 根据实验室要求进行5S维护。
- 及时完成主管布置的其他任务。
Skills and Requirements:
- 能够接受翻班的上班形式和偶尔的加班。
- 能够有效应用职能和技术专业知识来完成工作。
- 能够按照实验室管理者要求开展工作；遵守规章制度、政策和程序；守时可信并能以安全、可靠的方式开展工作。
- 踊跃完成高要求目标；愿意主动承担更有挑战性的工作和职责； 可以主动发现机会和待加强的方面，并采取行动； 能够自主完成工作。
- 有能力处理多线工作。
Education & Experience:
- 掌握简单英语读写技能。
- 电子电气或汽车相关专业大专以上学历。
- 了解相关的电脑操作知识。
