工作概要
Summary
根据公司业务计划和客户要求进行公司运作体系的审核和监督体系的有效运行。负责对公司总部及各工厂实施审核，对相关流程进行规范。组织、参与和准备公司二方或三方审核。负责协调和监控公司体系的运作质量及时分析运作中的问题并予以监督改进。负责对公司内审核员进行培训，协助相关部门完善公司流程 。负责组织公司级研讨会。
Planning and continuously improvement on operation system according to business plan and customer requirements. Responsible for coaching and optimizing the operation system. Responsible for organizing and preparing the external audit from 2rd or 3rd party. Analyzing the problems during the operation in time and supervising to improve. Responsible for the internal auditor. Responsible for the training of internal auditor in company. Support department to improve the procedure. Responsible for the workshop within company .
主要任务和职责
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 负责总部和各工厂质量管理流程执行情况的监督审核工作，并推进流程 完善及优化；
Responsible for the supervision and audit the implementation of the company’s quality management process and drive the process to improve and optimize
2. 负责新客户或新项目的潜在供应商审核 ，并负责跟踪和验证不符合项纠正落实，帮助各部门解决在审核中发现的问题；
Guidance company and subsidiary quality system for fully execution and running effectively.
3. 负责协调亚洲工厂内，外审核 工作，并负责跟踪和验证不符合项纠正落实，帮助各部门解决在审核中发现的问题；
Responsible for Asia Plants internal and external audit work , responsible to follow, coordinate and help each department to solve the problems in the audit.
4. 负责总部和工厂的IATF16949年度内审工作， 并负责跟踪和验证不符合项纠正落实，帮助各部门解决在审核中发现的问题；
Responsible for the Internal IATF 16949 audit of plants and HQ , and follow ,coordinate and help each department to solve the problem .
5. 参与或支持各工厂的客户审核或年度自审，并指导各工厂对问题采取措施。
Join or support the plants customer audit or annual self-audit ,and coach the plants to take actions to solver the issue.
6. 负责审核发现问题的横向展开工作
Responsible for the read across the audit finding within all the plants and HQ
7. 负责对公司内审核员进行培训，
Responsible for the training of internal auditor in company.
8. 负责组织公司级研讨会。
Responsible for the workshop within company
9. 完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作和任务。
Complete each work and task contemporarily assigned by superior leader.

学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 大学本科学历，理工类优先
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related.
2. 五及以上汽车行业质量体系管理等相关工作经验, 有IATF 16949 , VDA 6.3 内审员资格证
Above 5 years in quality system management experience and have the certify auditor of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.

技能Skills:
1. 熟悉汽车行业产品开发流程
Familiar with automobile product development process
2. 掌握IATA16949、VDA6.3体系知识，能够使用质量工具，如SPC,MSA,QFD,FMEA,APQP,PPAP
Have a good command of quality system and quality tools.
3. 熟悉主要客户的管理体系及开发流程.
Familiar with key customer management system and development process.
4. 掌握产品测量技术
Have a good command of the technology of measure
5. 掌握8D工具和思维
Have a good command of 8D and thinking
6. 掌握质量审核能力
Have a good command of quality auditing
7. 较强的英文能力，逻辑思维能力，团队组织能力，协调安排和时间管理能力
Excellent English ability, team organization ability, coordinating and time management skills
