【岗位职责】
1. Conduct and manage internal and external audit
2. A series of QA jobs, such as Change control / Pest control / Metrology management / CAPA / Document control
3. Assure and develop quality systems comply with regulations, company policy; Optimize quality procedure and effectively implement to assure product quality.
4. Continuous improvement on quality and cost and quality satisfaction of customer.
5. Be instrumental to support quality engineering activities such as quality improvement, complaint handling, supplier quality improvement etc.
6. Establish a good quality culture internally
7. Support new product, new mold and new machine qualification
8.The other job assignment from his/ her supervisor

【任职要求】
Education:
Bachelor degree or above;
Experience:
Over 5 years quality working experience ,At least 3 years quality QA experience in manufacturing company.
Skills
1. Strong quality assurance working experience on quality system & quality management tools implementation.
2. Problem solving skills (8D, FMEA, PDCA, 5whys…), 6 sigma GB is plus
3. Experience in implementing ISO 9001/14001, BRC,
FSSC 22000 or similar standards. Experience with internal audits
4. Good organization and communication skills
5. Communication with Oral and written English.
6. Strong leadership and coordinate ability
7. Experience in project department or manufacturing industry or injection molding experience is preferably
8. The process capability analysis and qualification skill
