Responsibilities:
• Act as the client-facing event assistant to facilitate group and company level activities.
• Perform daily receptionist and customer service duties in a professional manner, including handling company phone calls, tea concierges, greeting guests, scheduling meetings, purchasing office supplies, courier, and mail arrangements, etc.
• Organize and arrange company culture building, employee activities and anniversary activities, etc.
• Office administrative works including but not limited to daily operation, administrative payment processing, leasing, renovation project etc.
• Data entry, image editing, scanning, printing or archiving
• Assist in any ad hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Experience in serving High Net Worth customer is an advantages
• Customer service experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Hotel/ airlines are preferred.
• Mature, good team player, cheerful, polite, outgoing and self-motivated
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Hands on skills of MS Office and Chinese word processing
