Job Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between the executive team and various departments within the organization.

Business Support:
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for the executive team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive and productive interactions.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support and solutions.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, providing high-level support to executives.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
6. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and calendar management.
7. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
8. Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
