MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both corporate and factory to meet company's procurement needs.
2. Adhere to company procurement policies & procedures and perpetually ensure compliance.
3. Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor evaluations, and negotiate contracts and mitigate risk if there is any.
4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, services and value beyond cost.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide procurement insight from market to support business growth, able to influence demand properly.
6. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. ERP-SAP related module implementation and process optimization.
8. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make informed decisions.
9. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the sourcing process.
10. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Min. 10 years working experience in food industry in procurement, sourcing, supply chain functions.
2. High level of curiosity and a quick learner, sensitive to new opportunity and new solutions.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
6. Fluent in both written and oral English
