1. 项目管理及支持: 支持并执行IT相关的基础架构项目，在不同的项目中可能承担项目责任人，或者项目本地协调人等角色。同时在有需求或者机会时，向本地管理层建议并发起IT相关项目。

2. 服务运维管理及用户支持：支持及带领工程师团队（内部或外部）为用户提供符合需求的IT支持，与用户和解决组/服务提供商紧密协作来识别和解决IT事件。持续维护各地的IT基础设施（网络、服务器、视频会议、本地网络等），提供一个高可靠性的IT环境并确保向业务部门承诺的服务级别已被交付。
Service Management and user support: Leading the IT supporting team to be responsible for user IT support in different location, work with user and service provider/resolver to identify and resolve IT issue. provide continuous support for company infra equipment and office operation solution, including WAN/internet connection, network device, PABX, video conference, server, etc. Providing a stable working environment with high availability and ensure the delivery of agreed service level with the business.
3. 负责各点的IT合规工作，与服务提供商及解决组合作找出问题并提供解决方案。
Be responsible for IT compliance in each location, work with service provider and resolver to figure out the issue and fix.
4. 辅助部门经理负责IT硬件相关采购流程
Assist manager for IT related hardware purchase process.
5. 负责日常IT资产管理
Responsible for day-to-day IT asset management in each location.
6. 负责用户IT基础培训及新员工入职培训，分析用户培训需求，准备培训内容及对用户进行培训。
Be responsible for user basic IT operation training and new staff onboarding IT training, analyzes training needs, prepare and conduct training for user.
