职责描述：
Quality Data Analysis aspect:
Design, establish and implement region metrics, dashboards and review processes that align with global
Design, deploy tools and processes to ensure that the data provides meaningful and actionable insights
Ensure the integrity and consistency of data being reported
Great China REF Engineer:
Manage and guide GC Quality Teams at Refinish manufacturing sites and warehouses to ensure customer expectations and internal objectives (KPIs) are exceeded.
Implement AP quality IT tools training, such as ETQ,SFDC,Tebula etc
Coach and mentor sites and functions when responding to customer concerns
Set and aggregate metrics (KPI’s) and reporting in GC; identify and improve trends in the GC Refinish businesses
Implement global best practices for quality assurance of inventory and material management
Standardize testing packages across common technologies; own and drive resolution of difficult technologies and products.
Ensures opportunities for improvement of the Quality managing systems are identified and acted on(remote location)
Support IND business as need to make organization with diversity capability.
任职要求：
Major in Science or Engineering field is preferred
5+ years quality related exprience
Quality standards knowledge:IATF16949:2016,ISO9001:2015,Problem solving.
Good data processing skills
Results oriented and good team work ability
Travel Required
Proficient in verbal and written English.
