工作内容:
Job content:
1. 建立并维护设备相关文档（如保养计划）；
Create and maintain required documentation in system (e.g. maintenance plans);
2. 处理维修日常工作，协助维修设备并形成记录；
Process the daily maintenance work, and repair broken production equipment and facilities and record the working content;
3. 评估设备状态，提出改善项及更换备件；
Evaluate equipment situation, prepare recommendations for improvement and coordinate replacements;
4. 根据维修技术员能力合理安排分配工作；
Instruct the daily work of maintenance technician according personal skill;
5. 协调国外供应商有序合理的进行新设备安装调试工作，并管理整体进度；
Cooperate with manager and foreign project engineer to process the work in new equipment，infrastructure and management system project;
6. 组织部门内部相关培训；
On behalf of maintenance dept. to organize the related training;
7. 支持工厂新设备布局，安装及调试。
Support during plant layout, installations & construction.

Education background:
◆大学大专以上，电气自动化专业毕业；
College or above, Electrical major;
经 验:
Experience:
◆丰富的维修经验，对设备有独到的理解；
With abundant maintenance experience, excellent understanding of machine;
技能技巧:
◆熟练机械，电气，液压，气压,PLC（熟悉三菱，了解西门子1500，欧姆龙）工作原理，根据原理图可进行修理工作
Good knowledge in mechanics, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC. Have ability to maintenance work according to the drawings, sketches and instructions;
