1. Establish and maintain the regular and close communication relationship with customers
2. Customer Satisfaction Oriented, build solid service baseline to customers
3. FA TAT management
4. Together with HQ, support to sovle customer issues in field.
Knowledge & Skill
- Have abundant experience in semiconductor or Auto biz.
- Good communication skills and team player
- Solid technical background and electronics basic.
Other
- Excellent communication skill with customer and HQ in both English and Chinese
- Be a faster learner, need to understand semiconductor (Memory) and server system
- Capability of long-period working (more than 3 years)
