Job Responsibility & AccountabilityAssist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returnsPrepare the required sample application documentsRead and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulationsUndertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for reviewHelp draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projectsHelp deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative officesHelp communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax adviceHelp perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clientsHelp advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplinesProfessional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plusworking experience in tax/finance function is a plusGood understanding of tax policies, rules and regulationsStrong analytical and highly commitment to quality client serviceBe mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamworkGood sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressureExcellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
工作职责协助计算税金和填制社保表准备申请文件样本研究及解释中国税法和相关规定为重要项目做调查，提供意见并起草文件协助制作报告，和其他项目相关文件协助处理公司和办事处的税务合规事项与客户法律顾问或财务部沟通，提供税务意见为私人和公司客户的交易协助提供税务尽职调查服务；对投资结构提供意见提出个人税收效益规划的注意事项
职位要求学士学位，税务，会计，金融，法律或其他相关专业会计上岗证或中国注册税务代理人或律师优先考虑税务、金融相关经验优先考虑对税务政策，规定和规范有深入了解较强的分析能力，为客户提供高质量的服务成熟，积极主动，有团队合作精神优秀的商业头脑，沟通技巧与主观能动性，团队合作精神，能在压力下工作优秀的英语及普通话书面和口头交流能力，包括专业和商务写作，报告和表达技巧
