In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
A full scope on Nivea Men’s biggest franchise HydraMax, meanwhile lead multi sub-category business under Nivea Men
Fully Involved in end-to-end strategy and planning along with executional projects
Close coach from MT background line managers and caring team culture
The purposes of this position are:
1) Nivea Men Core Line Strategy & Plan - Monitoring category trends and competitors initiatives on regular basis - Contribute to related communication with key business stakeholders - Responsible for performance tracking & business review
2) Communication planning & lead execution of integrated communication plan, specifically in:
- Contribute to activation strategy & plan which fit to brand and communication strategy
- Lead & drive excellent content development which customized for different TA group at different social platforms.
- Lead online merchandising material development, i.e. product page, UED improvement across all e-Commerce platforms
- Support related BTL activity management, i.e. POSM material development, special pack (VAS) development, GWP development…
- Monitor marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve higher investment effectiveness.
- Cover business as usual related tasks when needed.
3) Innovation & Renovation landing in local market. Specifically, in:
- Support innovation and renovation process with local input base on business and consumer insight
- Lead importation product registration collaborating with cross functional team
- Assist with local artwork adaptation
Main KPI tracking:
1) OTIF (on time in full) deliver on all projects
2) Build on brand equity and awareness via consistent branded message deliver
3) Market share/NS/profit via excellent operation
Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree or above;
2) Fluent English communication skills
3) 3+ years related working experience
4) FMCG brand marketing working background, skin care and MT background is preferred
5) Down-to-earth, strong ownership, supportive and collaborative, Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity, and strong interpersonal /communication skill
