Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the annual overseas market activities planning and budgeting.
2. Plan and organize various international overseas activities: international exhibitions / dealer training / customer visits / workshops / symposiums / new product launching meeting / international sales annual planning meeting, and implement related work.
3. Conduct pre-event research, proposal planning, and budgeting for marketing activities.
4. Communicate with and host foreign customers before, during, and after the events.
5. Provide support for the organization and sponsorship of local market activities in Italy.
6. Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to refine requirements and jointly develop executable plans.
7. Responsible for the entry and execution of overseas market activities in the CRM.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international economics and trade preferred.
2.CET-6 or above.
3.Over 3 years of experience in exhibition planning and execution, and participation in the organization of international exhibition activities.
4.Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.
5.Meticulous and serious at work, with strong learning, organization, communication, and execution abilities.
6.Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of using it as a working language.
7.Proficient in the use of computer office software.
