1. Register new orders, send the signed contract to customer on time

2. Secure production/stock for each order correctly and on time

3. Guarantee the right shipment date for each order.

4. Provide logistics docs to customers in scan copies and originals on time.

5. Arrange the BL release on time

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities

1. Work with accounting department closely on collecting the payments, confirming payment terms, Sinosure, LC

2.Follow up on customer's requirements for additional Letters/ Statements

3.Have full knowledge on the product updates

4.Support in marketing events (co-marketing,

samples, exhibitions, forums)

5.Communicate closely with each department for active management of processes

任职要求 Qualifications

1.Experience in managing contracts, in international trade, in logistics.

2.Fluent English: speaking, writing, listening and reading.

3.Excel

4.Strong communication skills
