职责描述：
Execution of RFQ/PO following company’s policy and process, preparation of purchasing plan based on project needs, arrangement of clarification meeting with supplier and technical review on supplier’s proposal, contract negotiation, preparation of comparison table and vendor selection for approval, release and follow-up PO effectively. 按照公司政策和流程执行询价需求和采购订单，按照项目需求准备采购计划，安排供应商澄清会议和报价的技术评审，组织合同谈判，准备比较表和推荐供应商供批准，签发订单并有效地跟单。
Supplier management, including supplier information maintaining, supplier performance assessment and improvement, supplier quality monitoring and etc.对现有供应商进行管理，包括供应商信息维护，供应商绩效评估和改善，供应商质量持续监管等。
Post PO management according to project needs, coordinate and resolve vendor related issues timely including payment, schedule, inspection arrangement after equipment arrival at Site/Factory. 按照项目需求管理采购订单，及时协调解供应商相关问题，包括付款，进度，协调处理现场/工厂收货后的验货安排等。
Support Compressor/ASU sourcing, including potential supplier identification, coordination with internal stakeholders to organize qualification audit, maintaining qualified supplier list,etc. 支持为压缩机以及空分产品开发新的供应商，包括潜在供应商的识别，协调相关部门组织供应商资格审核，并维护合格供应商清单等。
Responsible for procurement cost management, including price database maintain, cost analyze, and organize the suppliers on price negotiation. Responsible for technical cost reduction of project components and raw materials. 负责采购成本管理。包括价格数据维护，成本核算，以及组织供应商价格谈判。负责部件和原材料技术降本工作。
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to timely resolve vendor related issues and make alert for critical issues . 协调公司内部以及外部合作方，及时解决供应商相关的问题，有重大事项及时预警。
Complete other tasks assigned by department manager in time.及时完成部门经理安排的其他任务。

任职要求
Education: Bachelor degree with engineering background.; 大学本科毕业理工科背景；
Work Experience: More than three years procurement experience in equipment manufacturing /automotive industry/ ASU project. 3年以上装备制造业或汽车制造业或空分项目的采购工作经验。
Capability: Strong communication, understanding, planning, execution ability, and can continue to learn and grow. 强有力的沟通、理解、计划、执行能力，不断学习成长。
Personnel: Collaborative team player, Cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability. 具有团队协作精神，理解跨国文化差异，具备组织和协调能力
Language: Good at English listening, speaking and writing具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
IT Skill: Practice with Excel, Word , ERP system（INFOR LN preferred）熟练使用Excel, Word ，ERP等工作软件(熟悉INFOR LN优先)
