岗位职责：
1. 负责产品的生产工艺制程跟踪、完善及优化；
2. 对新品或难加工产品进行技术指导；
3. 负责工艺优化和新工艺开发，根据产品需求，寻找开发、改造相关设备；
4. 按照客户需求，模拟、设计产品应用评估方法及实施；
5. 协助质量，市场部门解决客户技术问题；
岗位要求：
1. 机械设计与制造相关专业，具有机械行业实践经验，熟练使用Solidwork/CAD，熟悉机械原理，能够根据材料特性进行工艺制程规划、工装夹具设计等；
2. 大专及以上学历，年龄35周岁以下；
3. 动手能力强，具有自动化设计经验优先；具有无机非金属粉体材料生产制造经验优先；
4. 材料相关工作背景，如耐火材料、保温材料或真空绝热材料优先；
5. 具有良好的团队协作意识。
