1. 全权负责公司工装、时装&鞋材相关业务流程中的所有订单及组织协调；
Be responsible for all the organization and order follow up of Workwear，Fashion & CSS business.
2. 确保货物满足客户要求；
Secure that the final product is delivered according to agreed customer’s requirements.
3. 掌控好整个订单的全过程：面料推荐，样品，报价，订单采购，交期，付款等；
Follow up of the whole order procedure: fabric proposal, sampling, pricing, bulk order purchase, delivery, payment checking, etc.
4. 积极有效地安排及跟踪样品及大货的出货日期，确保交期；
Effectively arrange and follow up the delivery date of samples and goods.
5. 与供应商紧密联系和合作，确保供应商的品质及交期；
Close communication and cooperation with suppliers to make sure of their quality and deliveries.
6. 处理客户服务各个方面包括征询、咨询和问题解决；
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of representatives that handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution.
7. 积极有效地协调并解决客诉及索赔问题；
Coordinate and solve customer complain and claims with positive and effective way.
8. 关注流行趋势,监控客户竞争对手的表现；
Monitor fashion trends and competitors’ performance
9. 发展自身和可用的资源；
Develop the role and its tools.
10. 及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by supervisors.
