岗位职责：
1、掌握行业信息，能够整合、分析行业发展趋势，关注全新技术应用场景，愿意挑战新技
应用场景执行落地。
2、熟悉公司业务，根据行业趋势，具备极强的行业敏感度，能够提出及规划公司潜在发展
或者盈利方向；
3、结合行业、商务需求，完成新项目策划执行方案，与商务拓展团队共同完成新业务开拓
与落地；
4、具有资源整合的能力和线索，了解上下游资源行情，结合公司资源，达成新业务落地需
求；
5、可以独立完成或带领团队完成大型项目策划、创意、传播、执行方案输出；
6、与项目团队协同做好客户沟通及策划方案的沟通、比稿，促进客户转化；
7、带领团队分配项目执行工作，协调项目执行，把控视觉、动态的风格；
8、挖掘品牌文化及营销需求，结合品牌特性及文化背景，为品牌定制创意营销方案；
9、结合公司发展方向及战略，根据商务市场反馈，创新视觉表达形式，开拓新的业务赛道。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，美术或艺术、广告相关专业，6 年以上相关工作经验，3 年以上团队管
理工作经验；
2、开放思维，敢于尝试和创新；
3、优秀的广告美术创意能力、美术功底和见解；
4、有较好的英文能力优先；
5、曾在4a 广告公司任职者优先；
6、有沉浸式、交互、VI、新媒体创意项目操盘经验优先；
7、良好的沟通能力，具备较强的团队领导力及团队协作精神，能承受较强的工作压力。
