Key Roles and Responsibilities 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented Trainer with strong organizational and communication (presentation) skills to join our Training Team.

 

1. Communicate/discover training needs, develop the training schedule

2. Conduct effective business and operations induction and orientation sessions

3. Maintain the training record and materials, optimizing training materials based on data and research

4. Keep the close cooperation with Shanghai customer service teams to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for the team

5. Track and compile collected performance data, follow up and evaluate trainee’s performance

6. Conduct training satisfaction surveys and get feedback from the trainees

7. Follow the Training & Coaching SOP and provide the valuable feedback

8. Consultation with other trainers, line manager, and leadership; deal with all kinds of work from Training Manager/Supervisor

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above

2. Proficiency in both verbal and written English

3. At least 2 years related working experience, better in travel industry, or used be a trainer or work for some management consulting company

4. Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

5. Being precise and careful on work. Being good at communication, and activities organization and coordination

6. Familiar with online training tools and have relevant training experience

7. Strong learning ability and execution. Self-study and development. Being positive and responsible on work
