Main Duties:

1. With the request of the Group leader or project responsible, lead a small team to execute & fulfill the work package/Module/System independently,
2. Interface to customer.
3. Supplier management.
4. Ensure system deliverable meet customer and MSC quality requirement.
5. Ensure system timing (develop timing and manufacture timing) meeting project timing requirement.
6. Report Project status to project and exterior department.
7. Exterior trim styling feasibility check and update proposal definition.
8. Create/Check/tracking the system timing according to master timing.
9. Lead the engineering regular meeting and topical meeting.
10. Homologation check.
11. Visual BOM create and check.
12. Master sections / data / drawing define and check.
13. Technical documents (SSTS, SOR, DVP, etc.) define and update according to project requirement.
14. Benchmarking and compare report define according to project requirement.
15. Launch build support and issue solving.
16. Prepare milestone deliverables.
17. Other requirements from project and department.
18. Lead department technical accumulation and improvement.
19. Responsible for review and approve exterior trim design concept.


Qualification:

1. Experienced designer, 8+ years preferred (5+ years minimum)
2. Experienced at 3 of following parts as minimum: Spoiler, Roof rail, Cowl panel, underbody cover, trim panel, wheel arch liner, etc.
3. Familiar with exterior manufacturing & surface treatment process.
4. Be proficient in CATIA software.
5. Ability to be self-starter, seeking help as needed
6. Could be suitable for business trip for project
7. Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.
8. Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
