Job Description:
1. Apply biology and cellular pharmacology knowledge and skills to design and execute in vitro cellular experiments involving the evaluation of small molecules and radiopharmaceuticals.
2. Develop and validate a variety of cellular assays that include binding and internalization to understand the target of interest and characterize small molecules and radiopharmaceuticals.
3. Develop, conduct and analyze in vitro/ex vivo mechanism of action assays to support data for efficacy studies.
4. Design and analyze preliminary PK (compound/radio-isotope tissue distribution etc.) experiments to support preclinical studies.
5. Maintain and routinely employ in-depth knowledge of project-related scientific literature.

Qualification:
1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Pharmacology or related field in a research and/or development environment, or MS degree with at least 3 years of cellular pharmacology experience in CRO or drug discovery industry.
2. Hands on experience in cell culture, Western blot, ELISA and flow cytometry etc is essential. Biomarker discovery experience in cell lines and/or primary tissue/cells is a plus.
3. Experience in radiopharmaceutical research/drug discovery is a plus, but not required.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Strong collaborative team spirit, self-motivated and a track record of innovation.
