Responsibilities：
Be active planner on employer branding related activities and secure WeChat daily operation to continuous enhance Sony employer branding
Lead the annual spring and autumn campus recruitment projects from planning to detailed execution and communication.
Continuously develop and build the campus programs with new initiatives to facilitate the campus-company cooperation
Manage and track for the Internship program for better execution and intern engagement
Contribute to annual employer referral campaign to drive higher employee engagement
Support Sony on external branding and employer awarding processes/activities
Support certain Experienced Hiring
Provide Souring support from multi job boards and recruiting channels in need for aging cases for SCN and other sister companies
Provide other administrative support and ad hoc updates to HRBP and business needs
Requirement
An experienced Employee Branding specialist, with high motivation to learn every section of HR team and active mindset will excel in this role.
Bachelor's degree and above
2+ years of working experiences with 2ys+ related branding or communication experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative in new projects and good in article drafting
Project planning and execution skillsets is highly preferable
