-Fully accountable for the mainland China CPG P&L. Ensure all business plans are aligned with marketing strategies and financial objectives, measured with revenue growth and channel P&L
-Define and implement annual sales strategy and plans for the region based on the company's overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve/exceed volume, share and profit targets.
-Develop efficient sales network and identify new market segment through market research, market data analysis and information exchange in domestic and international markets.
-Translate and implement the business strategies into solid action plans to achieve the company goals.
-Drive revenue growth through strong CPG leadership and out-of-box breakthrough ideas/thinking.
-Control the expenses to grow EBIT beyond budgeted goals.
-Ensure the marketing plans are fully understood and properly the executed in the region.
-Build and develop a high-performance CPG team to deliver rapid and profitable sales growth.
-Build and enhance sales team to ensure efficiency and flexibility in the changing domestic and international environment.
-Manage the workforce and identify the development needs of the team, propose development plan.
-Identify the high potential employees, ensure their development plans are successfully executed.
-Build and maintain excellent relationship with clients and internal/external customers and proactively identify new business opportunities for business growth.
-Provide updated information and development recommendation to the management team through close monitoring of the market trends and competitor activities.
-Maintain close contact with team and front-line sales forces to build close relationship to facilitate the speed problem solving.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline obtained from a recognized University, additional qualifications such as MBA or post graduate qualification preferred.
-Excellent market knowledge, strong connections, and business acumen for the China market. Able to measure progress and take initiative to overcome challenges.
-A proven track record of success in driving business growth and a strong passion to succeed.
-Strategic thinking with strong commercial sense and business acumen • Excellent salesmanship and work well with all levels internally and externally
-Result-oriented, can-do attitude, high integrity, resourceful and self-motivated
-Strong planning and management skills, providing instructions, resources and guidelines to support success.
-Good people management, leadership skills, mature, excellent presentation skills, can work under pressure.
-Fluent spoken and written Mandarin & English. Capability to manage project including brief/tracking/monitoring/review.
